I had a Ch. 13 that was discharged in September. Ally Financial was the lender on my auto loan that was included and paid for in the BK. My last payment for the BK was made in August. Ally sent me the title to the car after the BK was discharged. I traded in the car with no problems at the end of September. Ally is reporting a late in Sept and Oct on my Ex report. I disputed the accuracy and it came back confirming the lates and states that the "Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Petitioned, or Discharged and Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Reaffirmation of Debt Rescinded" I have a call into my attorney, but doesn't the BK law protect me from them reporting this false information? Any advise would be greatly apprciated!
