Any recourse for a collection company not removing info from your report

Long story short, Waypoint Resources had a collection on my credit report. The aging on the account was incorrect, I disputed this through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and had the company respond back in september of last year that they would be removing the item.

It has been removed from Transunion and Equifax, but it's still showing on Experian.

Is there anything I can do to get them to remove this item as they said they would last year?

Here was the CPPB correspondence

Waypoint Resource Group has been retained by its client Comcast Communications to provide collection services for its delinquent customer accounts. After reviewing Ms. X's account further, Waypoint has made the decision to delete its tradeline from her credit report. This update will be made with each of the three major reporting bureaus during Waypoint's next reporting cycle and collections will be inactivated on the account. This is not an indication that the outstanding balance owed to Comcast has been satisfied, but rather a result of the statute of limitations on Texas debt collections having passed on the account.

Have you contacted the CA to tell them it hasn't been removed from EX and ask them to send the deletion request again?

And if that doesn’t work file another complaint with the CFPB.
