Anyone have Chase GW Luck?

If you've had luck GWing Chase I would love any contacts (telephone, email, addesses, names) and a sample letter.  I have two CO's that will fall off next year, but would love to see them come off early.

Chase deleted a baddie for me in response to a GW letter simply because they did not have my information on file anymore. If yours is going to fall off next year, chances are they already purged it from their system. I sent a letter to the address on CR.
