At a loss now...

I've got a few questions for ya'll...

1)  I sent GW to two different oc's.  One for an acct. PIF (150 day late).  Second was to an account paid AFTER account sold/chargeoff.  Got a call back from the first OC and they said they couldnt change what has already been reported.  Still waiting to hear from the 2nd OC.  Any advice on how to better work OCs when they call?

2)  I've got 2 CA's that I want to try and get removed, both are bogus.  Do I sent a DV and then a PFD?  What do ya'll reccomend?  Do I just call the CA's and offer PFD? (One is $40.00 the other is $620(Don't wanna pay this one)).  I need to get some of this stuff fixed.  I'm hopin to buy a house soon and all these baddies are killin me!

Never, ever, call a CA.

Send them a DV letter, then if they validate, offer a PFD.

As far as the GW letters. They do not have to remove them but, sometimes persistence pays off. Keep sending them. Find a different person to send it to. If you keep sending them they might do it.

If they call me back after a GW is sent, is there something you should reccomend me saying?

I wouldn't answer; if you do answer, get off the phone as quickly and politely as possible... there are too many examples on the forums here of CAs lying through their teeth to get payment.

If you are talking about the OC, it is always fine to speak with them, just not a CA.
