I submitted a BBB complaint for Mainstreet Acquisitions about 2 weeks ago because they were not reporting correctly on my CR and no one at the company would talk to me. They kept referring me to the CA that was collecting for them. When I checked the status of the complaint, it said that the company had until 7/17/13 to respond. Well today when I checked, the date had been extended to 7/27/13. Is this typical of a BBB complaint? I'm wondering if the company asked for more time to respond or if BBB extended the time as a courtesy to the company.
