Filed a BBB complaint about first premier regarding 3 late payments they put on my CR's. Got the results today and they are gonna delete all 3 of them. I guess they are deleting cause it was only the monthly fees that made the payment late. Im extremely happy with the outcome. Another thank you to everyone out there thats has helped me. Ill post below what they wrote.
This letter is in response to the correspondence we received from you through the Better Business Bureau on December 7, 2012. You asked First PREMIER Bank remove delinquency on your First PREMIER Bank credit card ending in 9354 from your credit bureaus.
Upon review of your account, we determined that in good faith, we would remove the delinquency that occurred on your account after November 2011 as the balance consisted only of fees. Please allow approximately 30 days for this information to update on your credit report.
