I filed a complaint with BBB about 3 weeks ago and still havent heard anything.  Should i try to contact them or file another complaint or just wait?>

ive read on here that they have a quick turn around time.  How long do they usually take?

It depends on if and when the creditor responds.  Mine was about 45 days.

Did your complaint relate to alleged violation of the FCRA, or was it limited to their business practices?

i thnk i was just limited to their business practices

My turnaround time was reallyyy quick!! Did you provide a email so they can update on status? if you have the complaint # you should be able to go online and check status
