One more thing...I just realized that it started out as an MBNA card...not sure when it changed over. Think that makes a difference in the fall of dates and/ or chances of GW?

Wonder if BOA even has the complete pymt history?

I read about that C&D letter from BOA for persistent GWs in the other thread and I was shocked. Maybe cause she had 3 chargeoffs with BOA is why they refused a GW and also went so far as to send out a C&D. I hope this is not a common practise. I am still sending out GWs to CITI and if another CA clears up, I would have to start GWs to CHASE too.
