I emailed Chase CEO regarding a charge off.  Thanks to ( hopeac) for giving me the email and idea, they have emailed me back and also called me advising they will be deleting my charge off.  I'm so glad.  They responded and confirmed within 2 business days.  This site rocks!!

Thanks for the contact info, I guess my next question is what did you say to get them to delete?  I have a chargeoff on my reports that isn't due to fall off until next may and they are reporting 120 late every month and it's killing my scores so I was just curious as to how you worded your email.  Thanks!

Thanks so much for the pm! I emailed yesterday, got a response today, called the number and the lady said they would be deleting the account from all 3 cra's!!!
