So when I call Customer Service, do I mention the Platinum and that I was applying for both, or should I just ask about the status of the QS1?

No, just mention the site had problems during your app and you would like thme to check on it for you.

Sounds like the QS1 app was lost or errored out or something ... 

He saw the approval for the Platinum. 

So I asked if it was possible to have a Plat and a QS1 and he said no, so I guess I'm not one of the chosen ones who fall through the cracks ... bummer, but that's ok. I know what to do with the Plat in terms of a PC and CLIs. 

At least I only got dinged for one HP. Wondering if an Amazon Store Card is within my grasp, or even a WalMart card. Would prefer the Amazon card.
