Capital One EO delete process

I recently got the okay from the EO of Capital One on taking my 90 day late off my card. EQ has updated as closed and 0 balance with perfect payment history. It updated on 4/9. Are they all supposed to update at the same time or do they vary????

They can vary. Sometimes TU CAN TAKE FOREVER.

Congrats! Capital One has been very forgiving to me as well!

Ahhhhh wish Experian would update a little quicker!!!

The consumer has no way of knowing when, or even if, the creditor reported any changes to each CRA.

It may not in fact be due to any delay by a given CRA.

Cap One did a 30 day for me also (after 2 months of begging and pleading).  EQ and EX updated right away...TU took a week.

I went from 570 to 670 (EX) in under 2 months!

Congrats with your success with the deletion.  I have three late payments with capital one 8/13, 9/13 and December 2010.  What did you do to get them to assist you.  I tried on two occassions to get my late payments removed but it seems as if they will not budge.  Granted i was late in making those payments, but with those late payments removed my scores would possible improve. 

Please let me know the process that you use to get the late payments deleted.

Congrats. If you dont mind please share how you contacted them as well. I have a 30 day late from CapOne currently that I would like to see if they would remove.
