Capital One GW (PLEASE HELP!)

Good morning everyone, 

I am have been trying to reach the Capital One E.O for quite some time now. I have searched these forums high and low, as well as Google, and have had no success in finding the information I need. The email address I came across does not seem to be the correct one. (No calls back, no correspondence, etc.,) 

I know the ones who do post threads on success with emailing the E.O probably get FLOODED with PM's asking for the contact info and/or the letter they used but, I desperately need the correct email address for the E.O. 

If anyone would be so kind to send that to me via PM, I will gladly take on the job of helping others if, in the future they need help, or PM me directly. Think of it as you helping me in this moment and, in turn I will pass that help and info on to others if/when that time comes.  

I'm sorry to bother with asking, but as I said earlier, I desperately need the correct email address.

I have done this and performed google searches on my own but I am having no luck with the 'correct' eo address. I have private messaged several people and haven't got a response but I am wondering the correct email address (where people have actually received correspondence, calls, etc.,) because the one I used is returned and will not even go through when I send an email. Please send me a private message if you happen to know the correct information.  

I truly do appreciate your response and all of your help.

The "correct" one is the one found at that link above with the CEOs name.  I've gotten replies from using that email address in the past, usually within 2 days.

I also agree that sending an actual snail mail letter is the better way to go.  While it does add probably a week on to the process verses email, it is certainly more personal and could yield a better response.

I just had 10 Capital One lates removed via the Executive Office and email is the way to go.  Either way it has to go to a committee that only meets certain times a week, so you might as well email it to get it done faster.  I believe I sent you the address in response to your message earlier.
