CONGRATS! I've been stalking, reading posts, and learning. In reading these posts Capital One is not known for their GW approvals. So pleaseee, can you share with me to whom was the GW letter sent. I have a 2x-60 day late back in 2016 I would love removed from my baddie list.

Not yet, still waiting. They told me 30 days, but I'm prepared for it to be longer.

Oh wow..I just called today 7/14/2020, and the Capital One rep told me "as much as I would like to honor your goodwill request, we arenot alllowed to respond to goodwill removal requests to remove late payments b/c it is against the law." Maybe I shouldsend an email to the CEO? Please let me know what you think.
