Capital One Goodwill Success....

Hi All,

I had a 30 day late on my qs1 account from March 2021. I emailed the CEO's office in May of this year asking for goodwill and it was not granted. I drafted a second email about a month ago and I never sent it. i honestly dont know why Earlier today I happend to be cleaning up my email and found  that draft and decided to complete it and send a second request. I received a call about 6 hours later to advise me that my goodwill will be granted and my 30 day late will removed. I am so grateful.  So this is just a little bit of encouragement to remind others if it doesnt happen the first time dont give up. 

Hopefully with this removal of th 30 day late on this account I am able to get a decent CLI in the future  as I have only been sucesfull in obtaining one for $100. I will update late on if I see any score improvement once it hits my reports.

Less than 24 hrs later and it has hit my EX report with a 1 point increase.

Do you mind telling me what emails did you use to send the goodwill letter. I will try to see if I have any luck. I had late payments during covid. You can message me if you like thanks 🙏

sure I googled the Capital one CEO and the email address listed for the individual. I  would directly spell it out but I know the board has certain rules and I am not sure if this falls within the rules of whats allowed or not.

Wow congrats. That is really hard to get from those guys. If I was you I would suspect a flood of PMs from people asking you for email address. Lol
