That's great. It seems that since he was unable to find the lates himself, he did you the courtesy of reporting as such to the bureaus. As far as Cap One goes, that's a huge victory.
I would give it some time. It took Experian over a week after EQ & TU updated to remove a late with Cap 1. Wait a week or two and see if they have been removed
