Charge Offs

I'm learning so much and making a lot of progress since I've found this website. It's amazing. I have a question dealing with charge offs. Can they be removed like CAs? Do goodwill letters work for them. I have a paid CO with a utility company. Any advice for getting them to remove or do I simple have to wait until it falls off

You can go by the utility company and speak to them in person. CO's just dont come off. Yeah a few a year on here. 30 days as hard as it is are more frequent. good luck.
