Not sure if everyone has heard but Chase had a data breach. Your information might be exposed. Chase says it's not their fault, but my phone number has been exposed and I keep getting cold calls from mortgage companies trying to pitch me things. Not sure if you can use this for leverage for charge offs or late payments. I think Chase is pretty bad when it comes to helping customers. Their rep told me "We never gave out your info, but your phone number was compromised". Who hires these people?
