I have 2 late payments on my report from Chase for a old HELOC i'm still paying of they're both 30 days in 2018. Does anyone have any advice. Should I attempt a goodwill. I've heard Chase is stingy with doing such. I really want to remove these lates as I would be down to one account left with lates which i've tried goodwilling and it was a no go.

You kinda said it for yourself. Chase isnt forgiving on anything. Send off some GW letters and pray you hit the lottery. 30 day lates that old really isnt hurting that much. Not like when they first happened.
