Collection call 904-619-1819

I received a call from this number 904-619-1819 stating that I owe money for a pay day loan.I've never had a pay day loan in my life asked them to cease contact but they continue to call my friends and relatives,but refuse to give me there contact information.I Googled the phone number and it came up Processing Liberty.But I cannot find a complete address to file a complaint.Does anyone have any information on this company?

It maybe a scam to collect money. Contact the your states attorney general, and file a complaint with the FTC.

You may even want to contact the FBI.

Keep an eye on your CR's, just in case of ID theft.

If they call again, tell them to cease all phone contact, that you prefer all contact by usmail.

If they ask for your address, tell them...They should already have that information.

I'm sure the AG,FTC and the FBI will instruct you on what to do.

Under no circumstances do you give them your address! You just received ghost call . Even if this is a legitimate collector, DO not give any ammunition to shoot you with. I am not saying to shirk your responsibilities but at least verify who this is before inviting them to dinner.

edited to remove a name...there's a chance it was a prior phone # holder or even a spoofed number unrelated to the person mentioned.

it also gave their street address but I am not posting someones residential address on the board
