Collection showing up only on one credit report?

Looked through all three credit reports of my mother and I noticed that only one report shows a collection but the other two do not. Is that normal? Its about 5-6 months old and we just found out about it.

Also, a tax lien got deleted early on one report. On one report the deletion date shows june 2014 and the other report shows june 2016 despite the same filing date on both reports. Any idea how its like that?

Some only report to certain CRAs, which may be the case here. Not all report to all 3.
