Comenity Goodwill Needed. Help!

I have an Eddie Bauer card that was included in a DMP. Somehow in the conversion, the account got past due $41. Its been reported as 30 days late for 14 Months. I want to send a goodwill letter, but I cannot figure out where to send it! Help please. Im a mom of 2 trying to get a home loan.

Whats a DMP? Was it one late? If so it stays on your report until 7yrs from time of the late. That card is handled by Comenity Bank. Unfortunately they aren't too forgiving. But you can try.
