Commonwealth Financial Delete!

Very easy to work with. Paid the account, had e-mail receipt with payment confirmation followed by an agreement for deletion. I had two closed accounts showing up on one of my reports through Commonwealth and one unpaid on all 3. She said her records show the two closed accounts were supposed to have been removed already, but she'll make sure all 3 are gone from all 3 CRAs. Those should be my only baddies, so I'll have a clean report in the near future!

Did they actually remove them from your credit report? Can you PM me the email address you used?

Ooops, just saw that someone had responded.

I used the e-mail info@necredit to get started, but all further correspondence happened through accountmanager@necredit.com. They deleted very quickly! The only problem I ran into was an account on my CR from them that was showing paid/closed, but Commonwealth didn't have it in their records so it wasn't deleted and I had to file a dispute with CRAs.
