Could this be real????

Yesterday I bought myfico scores from here with reports to see everything and I was showing 22 inquires on my TU report. I checked credit karma and it showed the same. I then checked credit karma today because it was set to update today and I see 20 inquires removed and a 6 point jump, Could this be real? Or could CK somehow have glitched and is showing the incorrect thing?

I really hope this is correct!!! Most were set to fall off april of 2015 becuase they were mainly all from when I purchased my car, could they all really have just fallen off early?

Well I knew it was too good to be true. Just checked my credit karma and all 20 inquires were re-added. Cannot even begin to explain how upset I am.

Re: Could this be real????

Are you planning on applying for credit anytime soon? If not, I wouldn't worry about the inquiries. Even if you are, you are close to having them fall off your report and they aren't hurting your score much if at all at this point I would think.

Re: Could this be real????

I was hoping to try for a lease with a co-signer soon. Could be a few weeks maybe a few months, depending on when I can have my last two cards paid off. I just feel like I cant catch a break. I only have 1 judgment and 2 charge offs that are paid on my account and no matter what I do, I cannot for the life of me get above a 660 on my reports. I have tried to have the charge offs removed, no luck and I'm currently trying to figure out how to have the judgment vacated as well. I just feel like no matter what I do, nothing is helping and its so disheartening.

At least seeing those inquires removed felt great but now they have all reappeared? How is that even possible?

A lease for what, a car or an apartment? Scores arround 660 will generally get you less favorable terms on a car lease, so you may want to examine your situation a little more closely. Who are the charge offs with and when were they charged off? What about the judgment?

CK is not an official credit report. They never even take closed accounts into consideration when calculating the average age of your accounts. That type of stuff happens all the time with them, you'll need to to pull your real reports to know for sure. I think you'e putting too much into the inquiries here though. They are a small, small part of your score and by all information given here they have no effect on your scores after a year. Besides, if there are 22 inquiries on your CK, that is just Transunion information. The number of inquiries on your other bureaus are almost guaranteed to be different.

It would be a lease for a car, I would have a cosigner with excellent credit so I'm not really worry about the terms of the lease itself because it should be fine. The charge offs are Citi and Cap one, the jugement is also cap one and its the same account as the charge off. Citi wont budge, I even emailed the CEO and his office called me and explained it will stay on my account for 7 years and only around the 6th year would they consider a good will removal. Its only been about 1 year. The judgemnet is only reporting on my TU and EQ reports, not my EX because I disputed it awhile back and they removed it but it still did not really bring up the score on that account either.

Well, keep trying to GW these companies. Almost no one has great success the 1st go round. Also, don't just dispute things on your credit report to get rid of them.

As I said about the inquiries, they're not really hurting your score at all anymore (as evidenced by a 6 point boost after 20 of them disappearing on your CK FAKO). Good luck with your lease.

Re: Could this be real????

Thanks for the input. Yeah I figured that only a 6 point increase didnt make much sense at all but I also thought that the judgement is whats really keeping my scores down. I have had perfect payment history for the passed 2 years now so I am hoping that helps as well, I try and keep my utilization low as well. Thank you for the good luck, I hope the lease works out.
