Credit Card Closed by guarantor question

My credit card was closed by guarantor a long time ago. I just paid in full my debt last month and I just got my statement that I have 0 balances.

I didn't know that I cannot use my credit card anymore. How come my score didn't go up not even 1 point after paying off my debt? What should I do with my closed credit card? Now I'm left with no credit card to build my score. What are the ways to build up my score once again? I know I won't get approved for a credit card if I apply for one.

Can you show how its reporting on your CR?  How it was reporting and other negatives would determine if there was a score increase.

You can try for a secured card.  They report the same way as a non secured.

What are the companies that report secured credit card as a unsecured credit card? And which is the best company to apply for a secured card that lets me graduate to an unsecured credit card after a payment history? I know I tried the search button, I can see any answers.
