Credit Cards in collections

I am not sure what to do about these. I have 3 credit cards in collection. I really doubt I can pv the ca & I can't pfd because I don't have all that money up front. Would it help my score if I set up a repayment plan with them? Do you think they would report the payments?

I have had a charge off deleted that was turned over to Midland that I DVed.

I also have a charge off with BOA that is being handled by NCO. NCO said if I paid with installments, they would only take full amount (20% down with 8 monthly payments)

They would not report any payments to BOA until all was collected.

NCO didnt buy the account, only handles.

BOA will not even talk to me on the phone so I had to deal with NCO. I decided to settle for a little less than half bc its the only thing holding me from a mortgage.
