Hi All - I hope everyone is safe and healthy. 

I've recently been hit hard by COVID-19 from a financial perspective. As a result, my wife and I require a personal loan to make ends meet. Only one problem. I have a few late payments from 2 consecutive months in 2018 due to a mix up with auto-pay from my bank. 

I have to get rid of those lates if we have any shot of getting a loan to survive. 

My question: does anyone have ANY contact information for Credit One Bank (credit card) where I can send a goodwill letter to request my late payments be taken off?

All I did was google search "credit one ceo email". First search result should do the trick.

Good luck!  I wrote directly to the CEO on the 11th.  By the 20th they removed my lates.  I had 30/60/90 in Jan/Feb/March 2019.

It was my first attempt and I'm really grateful to them!  They seem open to helping out.
