One would not dispute valid credit data, the correct way to request the late be removed is by GW letter to the creditor.

oh ok not sure if they had a discrepancy because after that long they might just let it go with a dispute probably, they probably do not even have thee proper records most likely the info has been purge from their records other than you were a charge off, either way it will be comming off soon---- so good luck!

I wouldn't have thought so either, but something is holding my score down, and other than this, my payment history is perfect. While my utilization is at 39%.
