So I have tried all e-mail tricks in this forum for guessing executive e-mails, but nothing seems to be working! I sent them a GW letter via snail mail, but have received nothing back, and the customer service reps say they have nothing on file. Does anyone have any good contacts/e-mails to try at Credit One?? Thanks so much in advance for any info!
I would advise you to write a professional looking letter and send it off to the Exec Offices here is their info

FYI: A creditor does not have to reply to a GW letter and CSRs are not likely to know if one has been received or not, you could put tracking on the letter to verify its delivery.
Thanks for the info! I'll do that.
