Credit One's fraud team seems to incompetent from I have heard. I would do what Cole615 suggested: dispute with the CBs. The CBs will contact Credit One to investigate the late payments. Credit One should have no problem telling the CBs to remove the late marks. 
In the event that the CBs conclude the late marks to be accurate, reach out to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) to get this issue resolved. From what I have read here, lenders generally take the CFPB seriously.
