Credit One Goodwill Contact

Hey guys. I know some of you have had success with goodwill letters to Credit One. I have a 30 day late payment with them from 16 months ago that I'm hoping they will remove. The account is still open and has been in good standing since. Actually, it has been fully paid off every month for quite some time. Was just hoping someone that has been successful could PM where they e-mailed the letter. Thanks!

I sent a GW request to the EO last week, got an email back same day saying I'd receive their response in the mail in 7-10 days.  Will PM you with email address I used.

Just wanted to say thanks again and update that it was successful! I sent it the morning after receiving the address... Pulled my reports today and it's GONE!! This put my mortgage score right where I needed it. )

Congrats! I haven't received a reply yet, but just checked and they've removed my charge off from my reports!

I just sent mine last night to both email contacts and received a response this morning stating it was being reviewed and to allow 10-14 days to receive a response in the mail. Fingers crossed.

For context, account was charged off slightly over four years ago. I paid the amount owed in full through a CA and attached that paid letter along with a personalized GW letter.

I E-Mailed the CEO received a response back the same day they got it.  They said to expect a letter to be mailed with their decision. The next morning it was deleted off Experian.  Equifax and Translow followed as they normally do.

I also mailed a letter in the same time to the General correspondence.  Keep in mind they received the letter after the EO deleted the TL.  They mail me a response back saying after an investigation into the situattion they can not honor my request and the reporting remains. 

If you missed it, they keyword in the reply was investigation.  I know there wasn't one, they said there was. (Because they would of discoverd it was already delted and made no mention of that)
