Hello,
I have been working on rebuilding my credit for the past six months. I have paid off several collections and gotten them deleted. Credit one removed my negative tradeline. I paid all my credit cards to zero except one. I paid down my federal and non federal loans down further and made extra car payments which I know doesn't move the needle. My scores are stuck at 666- Equifax 648- Transunion and Experian 661 for fico score 8 and has not really moved in 2 months. My morgage fico dropped a little and stuck at Equifax 599/ 621 Transunion and Experian 612. I had two of my scores over 620 and one was over 630 but then dropped.
Credit one- 12/500 no lates
Discover 0/300 no lates
Citi Card 0/200 lates reported on 2/19 and 3/19 and no lates since
Capital One 10/200 lates reported on 4/19 and 5/19 and no lates since
Capital One 0/600 lates reported on 8/19 and 11/19 nd no lates since - already one year since the first late
Car loan late reported on 1/20 and wont remove
Navient - no lates in last 4 years
Navient - closed and no lates in last 4 years
US Dept of ED- never reported 30 or 60 day late but hit me with a 90 on 12/19
Maybe a weird timing thing when I was carrying a balance on my discover/citi it my fico was higher on mortgage fico but lower on fico 8 and it dropped when I paid to zero and had all cards at zero and then put my citi card with 200 with a balance and maybe its a timing and not related
Any idea of when things may tick back up, its jus been flat and has not moved even as I keep card balances low, most cards paid off and more time has lapsed since the lates has incurred. any idea why it won't move is it jus the lates weighing it down and keeping it down in the foresseable future? I was over 620 for mortgage and now to get DPA I cannot be on the loan with my partners and that makes me disappointed.

The culprit are the lates. They are all still fresh. If they were a 30 day late they lose they're sting in 2 yrs. But the killer is the 90 day late. The bad will always over-rule the good in the credit world. No more lates and let time do its thing.
Can I get the source on where you got this graph from? This data all looks really interesting, and could really help me on some resources I am building to help people rebuild credit. Any other additional resources like this would also be greatly appreciated.
