I was approved for a Crown Jewelers CC limit is $1500, will this significantly bump up my score?

I got the CJ account at the end of last month...I can't say exactly what my increase was...because I also had put my UTL from 85% to 34%...but for the two...I got +17 pts on EX...and for the CJ account alone..I don't know what it did to TU because I have not updated since then...

It also depends on you other revolving debts...this is my largest CL...I have 500 CL...and 375 CL...bad I know..so that's why I think I got a little increase...

Yeah, well they won't report to the CRA until you buy something...so just because they approved you...doesn't mean you have it..you have to order something..and pay the down payment...they report when the item is shipped...in my case my item was not shipped until a week and a half after I ordered...and it is supposed to take 2-4 days..otherwise they are supposed to notify you..I heard nothing...

The website did say that.  I just wanted to make sure it was legit and would report to my CR.

when my dh opened his crown jewelers acct   (and ordering)  they reported in about 2 weeks.  He got +20 on TU and +6 on Experian.   Like others mentioned it depends upon your other accts.  He did not have much reporting on TU so it was his biggest jump.  Plus no ding for an inquiry so it was good for him.   Good luck!

DW got approved for 1500 a week or two ago. Do they send out a card or do you have to order online?

they send out a card i just got mine today. and i got there 1500 cl in march and ordered and recieved my order 3 weeks later they just started reporting to tu & ex 1 week ago...it's not a bad credit card   a 1500 cl is better than a 300-500 limit.
