Hello:
I have two credit cards that is reporting to my credit report that I believe is still huring my score even though they are really old. Capital One never reported it to a collection agency. They are reporting the status directly to my credit reports. Do these cards have a huge impact on my score considering they are so old? Are they affecting my ratio on my cards? Please let me know. Also, when can I expect these to come off?

Yes it has your Utilization at 3 times the credit limit and even though old it's hurting your scores. It appears account went Late around March 2011 so if that's the case it should fall off in 2018.If your first late payment was before this then find out your date of first late payment and year or if you remember go by that. But I will also say that the amount of inquires you have is definitely pulling your score down too.Along with the existing collection accounts..Even when your Bk7 falls off in 2017 your scores really won't change lot due to the collections.Clean those up also.Good luck
Yeah I know. I purchased 3 cars in the last 2 years. That is what most of those inquires are from. About 80% of them drop off this year. I hope when these credit cards drop off, my score will go up. I have so many positive accounts right now, I know with out those on there, my score would be great. I know no one likes the credit repair terms here but they have helped a bunch and they are in the process of geting those cards of my credit right now.

These are costing you a lot of Fico points as they are evidently updating them every month and they look brand new in the eyes of Fico even though the actual CO occured years ago. Its possible the amount due is being included in your revolving utilization you would need to confirm that with a credit puller that will calculate your util percentage. The accounts will remain on file for up to 7.5 yrs post the accounts DoFD, I dont see the DoFD in the list you posted, you only get it on EQ from annual credit report site or reports that you request from all and have mailed to you.
I have the same thing going on with Cap 1. Every month they report the CO and the balance due so it looks like my Util is high. I cnat get my scores to go any higher but I refuse to pay because it falls off in about 6 months. I triedd EE with Ex today & they said no. I might try the other two cra's though & see if I have any luck.
Updating of unpaid accounts, be they creditor or collections, positively affirms that the debt remains unpaid.
It is not illogicial for a debt that has longer delinquency to have more effect on credit score.
It is similarly appropriate, if the account is revolving, for the balance to continue to be included in % utilization.
Some seem to assume that by not paying a debt, then the effects of its increased delinquency should cease to also have increasing negative effect on their credit score.
Updated reporting on a delinquent account is a form of reporting of increased delinquency.
Credit scoring relief is only obtained once the mandated exclusion has occured.
