Thanks for that. I really think it's that judgement that's really hurting me. I've read that it probably can't be removed, although it's paid, but maybe I'll try the other method of having my app's manually reviewed after being denied to show the judgement has been paid.
I do have a little money in my savings that I can possibly use to pay down my cards, but, I don't know if I want to touch my stash just in case I need it. But maybe it's better doing that than always resorting to cc's.
