hey guys, this is one of my derogatory accounts thats a few years old. I do not remember if i paid synchrony bank back in full or if i took them up on a settlement offer. Either way, wondering if any of you had luck with getting their derogatory removed?

I have had no success with Synchrony removing negatives from my account...including an account which had a few lates, I paid in full and they promptly closed it. When I attempted to goodwill them, they reported that I disputed it and updated my credit report with that information. Best wishes.

Best bet is to keep sending letters until they remove it. Make them get tired of you
