Dispute Bankruptcy with Transunion ~ Too old

I have a bankruptcy that's coming off Oct 31, im not sure if I should wait it out after this long?

ive asked for Early Exclusion with Experian and was told they couldn't. Ive read on here I could dispute with Transunion and list as too old? I don't see that option , do I write that in the additional comments section??

Heres the  options I see:

< Dispute Center
Step 2 of 3
O It is not mine
© It is inaccurate
Please select up to two reasons:
This public record is paid, satisfied or released
This public record was dismissed or filed in error
The amount is incorrect
The date(s) is/are incorrect
This item never went to judgment
This public record contains multiple inaccuracies
The bankruptcy chapter, status and/or dates are Incorrect

I added comments, too old, and it was almost instantly deleted on my TU.

@urluckypenny1 you should be ok to request online like posted above.  Too old, kindly remove.  It seems to be in the correct range for removal via EE w/ them being at 3 months.

Re: Dispute Bankruptcy with Transunion ~ Too old

Thanks for all the suggestions and help! I ended up disputing for Early Exclusion with Transunion and it was deleted. Score only increased by 29 points, very thankful it was deleted hated seeing it on report. Thought it would of went up more??

Im going to wait it out on the other two bureaus, dont want to mess anything up.

Is this low increase typical?

My TU went up 0 pts when it fell off at the beginning of the month... because at the time my UTI was pushing 40% due to the fact I'm carrying a lot of debt... even though most of it is 0%.

I made a huge payment a week later and saw 20+ pt gains across the board... so yeah... as @FireMedic1 said there is no set point increase.

I'm knocking on the door of 700 now with EX and EQ still reporting the BK for a few more months.  Once I pay down the debt I'll be there.  No baddies showing other than the 6+ year old BK stuff... my TU is completely clean.  Funny thing is though EQ score is higher.  Current scores are in my sig.

FICO8 current as of : 4-6-25 EQ: 736 TU: 728 EX: 722
