Dispute Timefram

I recently paid off a charge-off account ( actually 2 from the same OC ) - August 11th.   I've seen they usually report at the end of the month.  I just reviewed my Transunion Annual Report and it lists July 31st as the last reporting date.  Naturally I was hoping it would say August 31st with a zero balance.

Is it too soon to dispute ?  Are the annual reports " real time " ?

Give it at least 30 days, normally up to 90. Feel free to call them after 30 days and request for them to refresh the reporting to show the accurate balance.

If you paid it August 11th, it generally takes 30-60d for the creditor and the 3Bs to update the TL. I would dispute nothing at this time. I would be patient, which I know it is very hard to be, but disputing now when they 3Bs haven't even received the update from the creditor yet, will just come back verified.
