Does Target (TD Bank) offer a hardship program?

Our family has run into some difficult times financially due to medical issues, and I'm looking to reduce my monthly payments until we can get back on track.  One of my accounts is a $2k Target Red Card.  Does anyone know if they offer any hardship programs?

With any lender some have a type of hardship. Not sure about TD Bank. But do call and keep them updated as time goes. Dont keep them in the dark.
