Hi,
This is my first post here. I have to say that this site has been extremely helpful in my quest to improve my score. I hope you guys can share some of that knowledge. So, on 2/15, I opened an account with Equifax to check out my scores. It shows EQ 697, TU 674 and Ex 671. Today, I opened an account with Transunion. Apparently CreditKarma was showing 9 inquiries on their site and I wanted to see what Transunion shows. When I checked my score on TU, it says it's 796. Can that be right? We're talking about 122 points increase in a month and a half. Some how I don't believe that it could be right. Are scores that are provided from one site for another site accurate? I didn't do anything in particular that would've increase the score by that much. My EQ actually went up to 706 and then down to 697 again. Your thoughts?
What you are looking at are FAKO scores... FICO scores are the ones they use when they choose to approve you for a mortgage, credit card or car loan... Use the other credit reporting sites for factual info on your account not your credit score...
Check out the credit monitoring post that is up... There are very few places you can get a FICO score but myfico is one of them! :-)
Good luck!
bridgetkaryn is correct. These are all FAKOs. Also, the wrt to TU score being so much higher, I suspect it's Vantage score which is actually on a different scale going up to 950.
IMHO, the only score that you can purchase that are going to be same as what lenders pull is myFICO EQ score. Even myFICO TU score is TU98 model which is not used much by lenders anymore.

VantageScores range from 501-990.
Oh alright. Thank you.
