Doing a PFD with RJM and want to make sure I don't make a mistake.

RJM Acquisitions is working with me to have me pay a collection in full.  I'm a little worried about the wording and want to make sure this will get the collection deleted from all my credit reports.  Here is what they put in writing.

"Upon receipt and clearance of $350, this account will be satisfied in full, and, as per your specific request, RJM will REQUEST OUR REPORTING OF THIS ACCOUNT BE DELETED FROM YOUR CREDIT REPORT. "

Should I have them send me a new one stating it will be deleted from all 3 of the major credit bureau's or will this cover me and I shouldn't worry?  Thanks for your input!

Personally, I'd like to see that statement something like this: RJM will insist on all derogatory information associated with this collection be fully deleted from all 3 CRA's...bla bla. 

I'm just not feelin' comfy with the term "request", ya know?  Somewhere in there someone can say "request denied".

Thats how I feel..They are being very nice and quite sure they are going follow through, but I want to make 100% sure its not going come back a year from now.  I think I will call and see if he can re-word it.  Thanks!
