Can this be a data entry error? I'd call and check....

Re: E Oscar delete ?

I want to make sure I understand.  According to the reports, you missed a payment (in January?).  The CEO was going to delete this entry for you, removing all late payments.  Instead, Equifax is now showing you were current in January, but 60 days late in February.  This isn't accurate.  You can't be current one month, and 60 days late the next.   The Equifax report appears to be from myEquifax.  This is a CMS, and it does make mistakes sometimes.

Pull you reports from annualcreditreport.com to see what is actually being reported.  Can you tell us what is on your reports from annualcreditreport.com?

it usually takes some time for stuff to be deleted, it's not like they can click a button and it will be gone in 5 minutes sort of thing.

and sometimes the process of deletion can happen in two steps: updating the information in one update and then after some time, actually deleting the information in a second update

if he said he would delete it, I would probably believe him and give him some time to do so.

hopefully disputing with the written confirmation from him confirming that he would delete it, is good enough, but if not, you might need to give this some time so his deletion request goes through.

Re: E Oscar delete ?

This says the Status is Pays As Agreed.  I don't see a late payment reported.  If this is from annualcreditreport.com, this is the only report that matters.
