I was wondering if it would be acceptable to send a goodwill letter to a company for an account that's still open? One of the companies I would like to send one to is a part of CitiBank. Who's email should I look up?

Sure, you can send a GW concerning an account that is still open.  Are you trying to remove late payments?

Yes. I've got a 30 day and a 60 day from two different companies. I just don't know who to contact about it...
