Logged onto my husband's Credit Karma report after receiving a notice that this collection account was removed. The collection was placed in June 2019 for a $229 AT&T bill. We paid it in late 2019 and dispusted it a couple of times then, with no success. Haven't attempted anymore deletions since then. Early Christmas present I guess. 
Don't have access to FICO score to see change, but Credit Karma only showed a 1 point increase.

If you do want to check actual FICO scores, credit.com offers a free 0ne month trial of the ExtraCredit paid version. It will give you complete access to all of you FICO numbers. I tried it for a week and it was a niced service. I canceled before the renewal came up for the first monthly charge, but in that month you can at least get a chance to see what all the scores are.
