I just got approved for a new apartment, and one of the options the property offers for residents is Esusu - a company that reports your on-time rent payments to all three major bureaus.
I see no problem with this as long as you continue making your rent payments on time, but I wonder what kind of tradeline it would report. Has anyone had any experience using this service?
Congrats on your new apt. Theres really no use for the rental history on your reports. Majority of us pay rent, HOA Fees, ect. Never been any threads on oh wow I gained x amount of points for letting , rent report.
