Experian Contact??

Does anyone have actual phone contact numbers for Experian?

I have tried 4 different numbers found on Google and its all the same automated crap and I can NEVER get an actual live person.

Whats the trick!?

Believe me, I understand your frustration. Experian can be a pain in the you know what. I had to call the small business department to talk to a live person. That number is 1-800-831-5614. I told them I wasn't a small business and I was just trying to get a hold of a live person from regular Experian. The number they gave me was 1-800-509-8495. I forget the exact order of the numbers they told me to press. Worst case, call the small business number and get the correct order. I hope this helps.

I finally got through and I say it again, I hate Experian, lol...

I was trying to do an EE on something that is suppose to come off my report in OCT 2019 according to my credit report, but they told me the Oct date is already factoring on the "3 month" early they do....However TransUnion deleted it with no questions asked.

EX had been telling that to people who call in lately. At least that’s been the experience of a few people here on MF. There are few recent threads about it. My own experience, TU deleted 6 months early and the date on EX is in fact 3 months sooner than the TU and EQ date so they might be telling the truth.

I hate trying to call Experian. I finally was successful with speaking with a person by calling 800-509-8495. -Select "credit report" option (no matter what you need) -Any other option about speaking to someone about your credit report. Once you have a person on the line just tell them what you need. Most of the time they will help you, sometimes they may tell you some crap and transfer you just to get you off their line. I used to sell for a major company and people would call the sales line because they new they could get an actual person in sales. When all else fails, call sales!

Hi, one calls the # and there are no options to talk to someone - do you or does anybody have any updated means to actually talk to somebody?  thx
