I just checked my scores and after all the work I did, i though it would be much better. I had a total of 16 accts and I have gotten rid of 5 of them. My scores from the lendere pull on 3/14 were 617 TU 604 Ex 557 EQ, Today my scores are 618 TU ?? EX 587 EQ. The remaining accounts are giving me such a hard time with PFD and GW.. I just lost all my hope... I have the funds to pay it all in full but that wont change anything as I wanted to apply for a mortgage loan by the end of may 
16 negative accounts? A lot of times you won't notice a significant increase until you get down to very few or none at all.
Even if you have to push your mortage plans back, you should be happy that you are actively improving your credit

Something to start thinking about is paying off what you can on the stubborn ones who refuse to PFD and THEN GW them for delete. Some CA's and OC's refuse to do PFD but once they receive payment they open up to GW's. And worst case scenario is that they say no. You will have at least made sure this debt is gone once and for all, no more selling to CA's, no more letters or phone calls...

Don't give up hope! Keep reminding yourself that eventually you will see a drastic increase. (I like to remind myself that I didn't get into the mess overnight, so it's wrong for me to think I can get out of it overnight)
