@Seattletravels: Isn't that the truth!
I just got an update for Experian (myfico is way behind until April 3 when it updates) and my Fico8 as at a 701, Morgage is 715, and I even have an auto score of 748! I am so excited. Hubby isn't far behind with his updated Experian score (two credit cards updated to <9% UTL) and he is at 695 for Fico8 and Mortgage is a 685. We are heading in the right direction and super excited. Especially me since I finally hit "Very Good" on one of my Fico scores!
