I know this debt is mine and don't dispute its validity.  I want to pay it, just want to pay the right person.  Now Superior Assest Mgmnt. is calling about 5 times a day but with everything I've learned on myfico, I don't think they're the ones I should pay?  When I first started on this forum, I had a credit score in the 400's and tons of collections, bad debt, and wrong info.  I'm up to the (low) 600's, only 2 things left to be taken care of and everything else either was paid and removed or was proven not mine.  I also just got my first credit card in 13 years.  Never thought I'd get this far, so thank you to everyone on here!

Hi Captain,

First question is who is reporting to the CRS?  If it is Arrow then I would DV them, since you want to pay this off, and after they validate send them a PFD letter. Keep everything in writing.

Since you have stated that you want to pay this account, I would DV Arrow and Superior Asset. Arrow looks to be the CA on record but they may have sold the account and it hasn't caught up to the CRAs yet. Only one will be able to validate. Be sure to put the "do not call me at home, work etc." paragraph in the DV letter. That should get the phones to stop ringing. Keep all correspondance in writing.

After you get the proper CA to validate, then send the PFD letter. Send these letters CMRRR. Keep us posted.
