Don't hold your breath. I spoke to them on the phone about a small account ( little over $100) and they told me that if I paid it, I could send an email to removalrequest@foxcollection.com. That address is merely a ruse to get you to pay. They don't say that it WILL get removed, but they go right up to the line. Do not pay them a dime. Learn from my mistake. The ONLY reason I paid them is that I am trying to get a mortgage and the underwriter will likely require it to have a PAID status. There is no scofing difference for a paid collection vs and unpaid one. Once it is there, the damage is already done. If you owe a debt, try to pay the OC, then dispute the collection agencies reporting of the debt.
