Frontier Communications Eastern Account Systems

Hi All,

Need advice on removing a recent collection. I am so upset at myself for dropping the ball on this but I was dinged by Easterns Account systems for a balance due of 192 for frontier services. The collection is recent and I've confirmed with frontier through chat, the balance owed is 192. 

Looking through the forum for advice on how to deal with Easterns Account systems.

Ironically, I just posted about this a few minutes ago in this forum as an unxepected surprise.  They would not do a pay-for-delete with me, but it magically disapeared from my credit report 1 year after I settled with them by paying in full.  I can't promise you the same result, but I would at least pay it and get it to report zero.
